Citation As it was not written: " Here is the appreciation of Deutsche Orient Mission that gives his director of it himself (itself) : " The fight between the cross and the croissant (crescent) should be declared on the suburb, not in our colonies, not in Africa or in western Asia, but in the centre, where from the Islamic movement spreads in Asia and in Africa. The eyes of all the Moslem peoples are fixed to Constantinople, city of the Caliph. If one ends in it in nothing, all other efforts will be more or less vain. And what establishes(constitutes) the biggest importance of Deutsche Orient Mission, it is that it aims at the heart of the Islam. " (Seen again (revised) by the Moslem world. N XI. Edt. E. Leroux. It is on July 15, 1908 that the Revolution burst, in Froswick, small city of High-Albania. On the convocation of some notable, gained secretly with the Revolution, several thousands of Albanian mountain dwellers met. One made them acclaim an address with the sultan, claiming the re-establishment of the Constitution. They approved it with as much enthusiasm than they would have put some to adopt a contrary motion, for these mountain dwellers, indifferent to any policy, follow their chiefs submissively and are moved only when their local franknesses are violated. Precisely, Abd-ul-Hamid, which had been surrounded by an Albanian guard, had increased the privileges of their province much ; and this is why it was hardly moved with the news by the " meeting " by Froswick.
Soon arrived of the more worrying news. Friday, during the religious office, the major Niazi Bey, accompanied by another officer, Eyoub Sabri Bey, had involved in the mountains two hundred men of his battalion ; of Rezna, it had telegraphed with the sultan to proclaim the Constitution to avoid the civil war. The response of Abd-ul-Hamid was the sending of important forces under the command of the General Chemsi pasha ; but, hardly this one it had gotten under way, that it was killed out of a blow of revolver by one of its officers, the captain Aatif, follower secret of the movement. At the same hour, several Generals and senior officers devoted to the sultan were assassinated under identical conditions, either in the task force, or in other garrisons.Understanding that it prepared something of low register, Abd-ul-Hamid called upon the soldier more révéré of the army Ottoman, the marshal Osman pasha, the defender of Plewna. This one had sometimes happened at Monastir, when the defection of a guardroom made it possible to the major Niazi Bey to nuitamment penetrate in the city with its men, to capture the marshal with the bed and to take it along in the mountains. Osman pasha had, by telegram, to inform the sultan of his mishap.
At the same time as achieved these events, the captain adjudant-major Enver Bey, of the garrison of Salonique, had also gained the mountains, there had rejoined a band and had presented themselves to the doors of Salonique, where it was acclaimed by the Jewish population. The news of the extension of the movement, the capture of Osman pasha and the catch of Salonique is enough to demoralize. Abd-ul-Hamid, which hastened to announce that it gave the Constitution of 1876 into force.
One knows what followed and how the refugees Turkish who encumbered, in Paris, the coffees of the Latin Quarter, were abruptly moulted as high-ranking civil servants, deputies, senators. Ahmed Riza, the director of Mécheveret, became president of the Room ; two of the members of the occult Directory of Salonique, deux "mâmins", the factor of the Talaat stations and the primary education schoolmaster Djavid, became ministers. It was a broad quarry, in which only the elements directly in connections with the Jews of the Committee of Salonique took part besides. The members of the old "Committee Union and Progress" of Constantinople, sunken as of the establishment of the Constitution, were coldly accomodated. Doctor Ibrahim Temo Bey, the reorganizing one of the movement young person-Turkish in 1887, was invited not to make of policy, and was threatened when it protested; Doctor Cherafed-dine Bey was constrained to set out again for the exile ; Mourad Bey, the most popular man of the old Committee, was off-set in Rhodos; the General Chérit pasha flees just in time and was condemned to died by contumacy ; Doctor Riza Nour Bey was thrown in prison and was tortured : he came out of there the broken body and the nails torn off by the torturers. As it is seen, the Jews of the Committee of Salonique were little been willing to admit their precursors with the division of the capacity...
If their former collaborators were thus treated, one can imagine which was the fate of the partisans of Ancien Régime. Those which had not been able to flee were killed in the streets, or imprisoned well and tortured. As for the sultan, aged, décérébré (to cross by) by the events, it remained in an apparent freedom with Yldiz-Kiosk. The "Committee Union and Progress" made use of it, moreover, like hostage, to maintain in the order the troops of Asia Mineure, on which it did not have an action. Such was the situation when a journalist of opposition, Hassan Fehmi, was killed in the street, under the terms of an order of the " Committee Union and Progress ", by an affiliated officer. The ministry hastened to make classify the business, without same as the murderer had been required. It was the fiftieth time in a few months which the fact occurred; but this last crime was the water drop which made overflow the vase : 1st army corps, which formed the garrison of Constantinople, was raised.
It is now possible to judge in all knowledge, of cause the events which proceeded in Constantinople in April 1910. The bodies of the Turkey Young person spoke then about a plot woven by the sultan and his entourage, of massacres of officers young person-Turkish achieved by the imperial guard, of a glorious walk of the army of Salonique on the capital, of a keen resistance of the troops of Ier body. Time made it possible to control these lies of the first hour and in revealed the inaccuracy. The truth is that the attitude openly atheistic of the returned Young person-Turks of exile exasperated the soldiers from there garrison of Constantinople. The majority of the officers freemasons of Turkey had been, by way of change, or to replace officers revoked loyal supporters, assigned to this garrison; their soldiers, sincerely Moslem, had them of horror. April 13 a sharp agitation burst in some barracks, and three officers, who affected to face the beliefs of their men, were killed ; thrown into a panic, all those which belonged to Young person-Turkey hid and left separately Constantinople. The mutineers went then before the Parliament and claimed the resignation of the president of the Room, Ahmed Riza Bey (known for his opinions positivists), and the respect of Chériat, or Moslem religious law. One promised all to them that they asked. After what, they returned quietly in their barracks.
Not only, the sultan did not have nothing
to do with this event, but still it expressed of it an extreme bad mood. The
character of Abd-ul-Hamid is too known so that one can believe that it was then
sincerely rejoined with this constitutional mode which it had destroyed once
already. But he wanted to undoubtedly wait his hour to cut down it again;
and its policy, for the moment, was very of apparent sympathy to the Young person-Turks.
The rising of the garrison against the latter took it with deprived. Perhaps
it could have been made main of the situation by taking the head of the movement
and by calling upon the very whole army; but it had not taken again courage
yet since the events of 1908 and it did not dare to act. Quite to the contrary
its first gesture was to telegraph with the chiefs of Young person-Turkish,
refugees with Salonique, them to ensure that it did not have nothing to do with
what had occurred; the second was to insist near the garrison of Constantinople
to make him lend oath to the Constitution and claim the return of his officers
in escape. Disorientated and discouraged from being blamed by that one even
as they had wanted to deliver, the soldiers granted all that onewanted.
However, in Salonique, the commander of the 3rd body, Mahmoud Chevket
pasha, mobilized his troops, reinforced them volunteers, Juifs for the majority,
and went on Constanlinople with an aim of finishing some of only one blow with
the sultan and the enemies of the "Committee Union and Progress".
Former pupil of a school of "Alliance Israélite Universelle" Mahmoud
Chevket pasha was moreover freemason, like the majority of his officers.
The General Chérif pasha reproduced in Mécheroutiète the official telegrams and documents which milked with this crisis : they are taken that nothing was done in Constantinople to be opposed to the walk of the army of Salonique. The marshal Edhem pasha, the winner of the Greeks in 1807, was then a Minister for the War; the General Nazim pasha, today Minister for the War, was controlling army corps of Constantinople; impressed by the attitude of the sultan, they did not take any measurement of defense. As well, Mahmoud Chevket pasha ensured them, "on its honor of soldier, whom it led his troops to Constantinople only to reconcile them with the troops of the capital and to restore, jointly, the order and a normal government". The 2nd body (in Andrinople) having expressed the intention to bar the road with the army of Salonique, Mahmoud Chevket pasha telegraphs with the Minister for the War : "Explain my intimate feelings with the troops dus' army corps. Say to them that I am a trusty servant of the khalife and that I will be happy that the 2nd body cooperates with me with the so much wished reconciliation and with the fall of the Committee" On what Edhem pasha gave the order to the 2nd body to be joined the army of Salonique : soldiers and officers fraternized.
However, Mahmoud Chevket pasha always advanced. When it was in San Stéfano, it changed language and summoned the government "to disarm the fortifications, to withdraw the machine-guns of the troops of the garrison and to move away from the Bosphorus the warships". The sultan wanted that one still yielded, and all that was carried out ; but Nazim pasha, controlling 1st body, hastened of going to the camp of Mahmoud Chevket pasha to ensure itself of his intentions. It was retained there prisoner.
Remained the 6.000 men of the imperial guard, who had not returned their artillery, and which, the shapes of troops of elite, could offer a serious resistance. April 23, Mahmoud Chevket pasha written to the large vizier to engage to avoid any hostile measurement with the guard, if this one puts the weapons low. At the same time, it declares "inaccurate the noise categorically that one makes run of détrônement of His Imperial Majesty". Abd-ul-Hamid ordered with his guard to deliver his guns and his ammunition.
It is then, April 24 in the morning, that the army of Salonique abruptly opens fire on the barracks, massacres two thousand soldiers deprived of cartridges and makes the other prisoners of war. The soldiers of the guard, since, were condemned in block to public works, like convicts. It is known that a few days later the sultan was détrôné; its deposition was notified to him by three freemasons of the Directory of Salonique, including two Jews, MISTERS Carrasse and Farraggi. Then, it was the establishment of the martial Court, the arrests in mass of suspects, and the dozen brackets rising each day on the public places ; in the prisons, worst tortures were inflicted to the prisoners.
What one can say of more significant against this wretched mode, it is that it raised against him the indignation of the French freemasons themselves, which had not spared, at the beginning, their encouragements with the Young person-Turks. Here what wrote, in August 1911, F.-. Camille Pelletan in the columns of maconnic Matin : "For three years, the immense empire of the Sultans has obeyed at an occult Committee, hidden in a provincial town, whose members are ignored and exert a power as despotic as the successors of Mahomet. A lie of Constitution masks, or rather does not mask enough, the real state of the things. There is a press that one disaitlibre ; but the journalists who displease are assassinated in full street, in Constantinople, by order " of the occult capacity. And the assassins, that everyone names, are not continued. There is an elected Room ; but the deputies with which one is not content, without judgement, thrown in a repugnant dungeon, from where they come out impotents or deaf persons, or treated so that they can show on their fingers the empty place their nails, are torn off by torture. What the red sultan could not without raising the unanimous formal warnings of Europe, the Committee can it, and civilized Europe allows it "
II has there nothing to add to this table with regard to the control of the "Committee Union and Progress" with regard to the Turks. But, by an effect of its well known antichristianism, F\Camille Pelletan neglects to speak about the attitude of the Committee with regard to the Christian populations of the empire : it was simply abominable. Abd-ul-Hamid let achieve under its reign of the massacres of Armenians, but at least it did not order any ; the "Committee Union and Progress", in ordered to him, and which exceeded of horror all that one had seen until there. An Italian newspaper informed perfectly, Momento, of Turin, proved, indeed, that the massacres which ensanglantèrent the area of Adana, from the 12 to April 23, 1909, were organized speaks F\Ishan Tikri., director of the newspaper young person-Turkish Hidal. The vali, young person-Turkish him also, and influential member of the "Committee Union and Progress", left any freedom to the rabble, bribed by the Committee, of égoreer the Armenians, to rape the women and to torture the children. A certain number of Armenians having taken the weapons and answering the force by the force, the massacre had stopped on April 18. The consul of England benefitted from it to try to obtain trêve, to which the vali agreed at once, provided that the Armenians would return their weapons. It was to renew the treason which preceded the attack by Constantinople. April 23, indeed, whereas the disarmed Armenians rested on the sworn faith, of the troops required by the vali arrived and made at once low hand on the Armenians, from now on without defense : 2.000 were shot under the eyes of the Turkish authorities and without regard to the protests of the consul of England. Other massacres of Christians took place, at the same time, in Cilicie and in the north of Syria. Adding up the number of the victims in these various regions, the correspondent of Times estimated them at 18.000, including 2.000 children, in addition to several hundreds of violated women. The ministry young person-Turkish found that extremely well, gave advance to the guilty civils servant and was satisfied, when the powers risked representations, to make hang some portefaix of Adana, whose participation in the massacres was not shown besides.
The "Committee Union and Progress", born from Frankly-Masonry Ottoman and directed by the Jews of Salonique, naturally strengthened of sound better the two powers which gave him birth. On the one hand, it encouraged the Zionism so much so that the "mâmins" Djavid Bey, Minister for the Interior, and Hussein Djahid Bey, director of Tanine, did not fear to say that the establishment of Russian Jews and Austrians in Mésopotamie was necessary " to make counterweight with the indigenous Arab element ". On the other hand, the maconnic Cabins were multiplied on all the points of the Empire and there was safety for the civils servant and the officers only with the proviso of being made there admit. Renonçant with the foreign affiliations, the Turkish Cabins federated besides in 1909 in the Great East of Turkey, which has at its head the "mâmin" Talaat Bey, and of which the Supreme Council is exclusively made up of Jews or " mâmins ", such as MISTERS Carasso, Cohen, Faraggi, Djavid-Bey, Solomon Kibar, etc. It is, one sees it, the old Committee of Salonique, less the few Turks who formed part then of it.

Ouzbékistan
A quotation of an authentic document will be enough to render comprehensible which yoke this personnel maconnic made weigh on Turkey during four years. It is about the oath imposed to the members recruited by the "Committee Union and Progress". One how will see the apostles Turkish of freedom include/understand the latter :
"I swear on my religion and my honor that as from this moment when I am made member of the Committee the purpose of which is principal Progress and prosperity of our fatherland and the Union of all Ottomans, I will work in accordance with the rules and the laws of the Committee and which I will never reveal no secrecy of the Company to a person who is not member of Committee Ci especially to the members not having the right to know the secrecies of the Committee. I wear that I will never hesitate to fill the duties with which I will be charged and the decisions of the Committee the purpose of which are to entirely reapply the Constitution and to ensure the maintenance of the constitutional Mode granting the nation the rights of freedom. I will never betray the Committee and I WANT TO KILL IMMEDIATELY, AT ONCE THAT I WILL RECEIVE the ORDER OF the COMMITTEE from IT, ALL THOSE WHICH BETRAY the COMMITTEE, AND WHICH WORKS TO PUT OBSTACLE AT the CROWNED INTENTIONS OF the COMMITTEE " TO the CASE OR I WOULD NOT HOLD THESE SOLEMN PROMES&ES, I DELIVER AS OF A PRESENT MY BLOOD, WHO WILL RUN FOLLOWING a DEATH SENTENCE, CARRIED OUT BY the MEMBERS OF the COMMITTEE HAVING the DUTY TO CONTINUE the TRAITRE EVERY WHERE OR IT WILL BE FOUND"
Better still than the significant name of Young person-Turkey, this sanguinary language evokes the memory of the origins of the movement, in 1857 : i.e. of Young person-Europe of Mazzini, this professional of the political assassination. Here is the mode which ended up disgusting to F\Camille Pelletan itself. Was it really necessary to reverse Abd-ul-Hamid to replace it by such public criminals ?
It is what ended up wondering of the men whose origin is varied, of which the ones are attached by their traditions of family to the reign of Abd-ul-Hamid, of which others, initially allured by the hopes which the new state of affairs generated, were revolted by the committed crimes. From this reaction was born the military League, which undertook to turn against the "Committee Union and Progress" the same weapons of which this one had been used for to control the nation Ottoman : the SECRECY and the FORCE. One knows how this military secret society caused, a few weeks before the war, by a threat of pronunciamiento, the fall of the judéo-masons to the capacity.
It was, moreover, too late so that this fall could save Turkey. Too many crimes had been made, which raised the conscience of the people ; too many maconnic denouncements had given each other career, dissociating the force, formerly frightening, of the army Ottoman. The Balkan Confederation, tied by the Ferdinand tsar of Bulgaria, considered the moment favourable to liquidate the question of the East : after a resistance of a few weeks, the political and military building Turkish is collapsing under the blows of the armies Bulgarian, Serb, Greek and Montenegrin.
In the medium of this collapse, two examples continue in a rigorous antithesis: that of the General prince Aziz pasha, successor of Talaat Bey to the tète of the Great East of Turkey, which shamefully gave the signal of panic to the battle of Kirk Kilissé ; that of the Minister for the War Nazim pasha, the leader of the military League, which saved the honor by making a resistance baited in the plain of Luilé Bourgas and Tchorlou. The freemason and the anti-mason remained each one faithful to his moral type...
Here is past of Frankly-Masonry in Turkey : can the victorious allies benefit from the impotence of the sect in their respective countries to erase until the memory of Frankly-Masonry on this ground where it reigned. (the antimaconnic review. 1912) FLAVIEN BRENIER. [Explicit].
